Tour Schedule:

Day 1: Welcome to the Holy Land 

After your arrival to the airport, you will be met by our  guide and driven to your hotel in Jerusalem for check-in and dinner. The remainder of the day will be free for relaxation or sightseeing. Good night rest.

Overnight: Jerusalem for 5 nights

Day 2: Jerusalem "Holy and Great"

After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to the top of the Mount of Olives for a spectacular view of Jerusalem. We will visit the Church of Pater Noster where Jesus taught the Lord’s Prayer to His disciples, the Chapel of Ascension, and Dominus Flevit, where Our Lord wept over Jerusalem.

We will then proceed to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations, which commemorates Jesus’ Agony in the Garden.

This afternoon we will view the Dome of the Rock and the El Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount and visit the Wailing Wall. Afterwards, we will enter the Old City and visit the Church of Saint Anne, the Pool of Bethesda, the Chapel of Flagellation, Lithostrotos (Gabbatha  in Aramaic) is thought by Christians to be the place of the trial of Jesus before his crucifixion, the Ecce Homo Arch, then follow the Via Dolorosa (Way of the Cross) to the holiest shrine in Christendom to visit Golgotha and the Holy Tomb of Our Lord.

We will then return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Bethlehem where the story began

This morning after breakfast at the hotel, we will travel to Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity, the Manger Square, the Church of Saint Catherine and the Grotto of Saint Jerome, then continue to Beit Sahur to see the site that commemorates the Shepherds’ Fields. In Bethlehem, we will also have an opportunity to visit and walk the Old City, where we will learn how about the local population is living in the West Bank, before returning to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Jerusalem

Today after breakfast at the hotel, we will join the local Christian and celebrate the Eucharist at Saint George’s Cathedral. We will then proceed to Ein Karen to see the Visitation Church where Mary proclaimed her famous “Magnificat” (Song of Mary) and the Church of Saint John the Baptist, where he was born. From there, we will continue to the Israel Museum, where we will see a Scale Model of Jerusalem as it was during the time of Jesus, as well as the Shrine of the Book, which houses an exhibit on the Dead Sea Scrolls. We will end the day with a visit to the Yad Vashem Memorial dedicated to the Jewish Holocaust. We return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Free time Jerusalem, personalize your day and night. 

Day 6: Dead Sea area, Jordan Valley to Tiberias

After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, we will start the day by driving to Bethany to visit the site of the home of Mary, Martha and Lazarus and the Tomb of Lazarus. We then proceed to the Dead Sea for a float on its uniquely salty, mineral-laden waters and continue on to Masada, the fortress stronghold built by Herod the Great, which was later the scene of the final siege of the Great Revolt by Jewish zealots in 73 AD. Afterwards, we will drive to Qumran to visit the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and stop at the Baptismal Site before driving through the Jordan Valley to Tiberias, where we will check-in at your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Tiberias for 4 nights

Day 7: Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee

After breakfast breakfast at the hotel, we will enjoy a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, home of Our Lord during His ministry. After visiting the Synagogue where He taught, we will travel to Tabgha, site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes, and to the nearby Church of the Primacy of Peter. Then we drive up to the Mount of the Beatitudes to visit the site of the "Sermon on the Mount". In the afternoon we will drive to Mount Tabor to ascend to the summit, to visit the site of the Transfiguration of Jesus, after we return to our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Cana of Galilee, Nazareth, Tiberias

Today after breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Cana of Galilee, where Our Lord performed the first miracle – changing water into wine at the wedding feast. Here, we’ll invite couples to renew their marriage vows. From there, we’ll head to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, Mary’s Well and Saint Gabriel Church, then continue to Acre (Akko), whose history dates back almost 4,000 years, and which played a important role during the Crusader period. Here we will experience a truly medieval atmosphere and descend into the subterranean city to visit the Fortress of the Hospitallers, the Order of the Knights of Saint John. We will walk through the large halls and imagine the pilgrims, knights, and Crusaders dining, celebrating, and running the markets there almost 1,000 years ago. After we return to the surface, where the story of Napoléon Bonaparte, (Napoleon’s unsuccessful siege at Acre was his first setback in the Egyptian campaign, one of his few defeats, and marked the end of his hopes of carving out an empire in the East), we will explore the Ottoman period of Acre and then return to Tiberias, for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Haifa 

This morning after breakfast at the hotel, we will check-out the hotel, and leave to tour the beautifull Port City of Haifa, the third largest city in the Holy Land. We will drive to the top of Mount Carmel, home of the Prophets Elijah and EIisha, for a scenic view of the Mediterranean City and Port. From there we will continue travelling along the Mediterranean Coast to ancient Caesareathe capital of the Roman Procurators, where we will see the Roman Theater, the Moat of the Crusaders’ Fortress, and the Byzantine Churches. Our last stop on the Mediterranean will be Old Jaffa, where we will enjoy a farewell Middle East dinner in a local restaurant, before proceeding to Ben Gurion Airport for international flight back home.

Masses can be celebrated daily.

When a priest accompanies the group, private masses can be arranged by request. These should be booked in advance and can be held Monday-Saturday (subject to space) at the following sites:

· Church of Saint Peter's Primacy in the Galilee

· Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth

· Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem

· Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem

· Church of the Visitation in Ein Karem

If a group arrives without a priest, they can participate in regular Masses in English on Sundays. Some places also conduct Mass in the afternoons during the week.

Our representative will meet you after passport control for assistance.
